Here are some frequently asked questions about our birthday parties and special events. If your questions are not answered here, give us a call or send an email! We are happy to help you plan your special event!
1.What days and times can a party be scheduled?
-Really any time that we are not teaching a scheduled class! Most people prefer Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays, but we are flexible.
2. What is the length of a scheduled party?
-Parties are scheduled for two hours (one hour and 45 minutes for ages 6 and under). You can choose the two hour time slot that is most convienent for you.
3. What will our guests do at a party?
-During the first hour (give or take a few minutes), party guests will create an age appropriate art project of your choice. We have a list of projects to choose from, or we can customize a project for you. The last 45 minutes or so are dedicated to celebrating! You are welcome to bring cake, food, and drinks of your choice. We can also set aside some time for present opening if you would like.
4. How much does a party cost and what does it include?
-All parties include two hours (ages 7 and up) or one hour and 45 minutes (ages 6 and younger) of private studio time for the host and their guests (up to 12 children total), set up and clean up, an art project of your choice, paper products (plates, napkins, utensils, table clothes), and a customized electronic invitation.
If you would like to have more than 12 children at your party the cost is $10 ($15 for canvas party) for each additional child.
There are two pricing options for parties:
Mix media party ($250)- Guests will create a fabulous art project using a variety of materials done on heavy grade art paper. Perfect for framing!
Canvas painting party ($300)-Guests will create a stunning painting of their choice on a stretched canvas!
5. How do I book a party?
-Just click on the "Book a party" link below to send a request for a party date and time. We will respond as soon as we can to let you know if your date and time are available. In order to secure a date and time we do require a $100 deposit (which goes towards your total).
6. What kinds of special events can be planned at The Bean and Belle?
-The sky is the limit! Here are a few suggestions.....
